Solexi and estate professionals

Written by , founder of Solexi.ai.

You draft wills, powers of attorney and estate inventories. And in every file you see the same thing: the legal side is in order, but the family cannot find the documents, the access or the practical wishes. Solexi handles that zone. Never yours.

A clear boundary

Solexi issues no legal instrument, advises nobody on applicable law and produces no enforceable document. It is a family organisation tool: documents gathered, accounts inventoried, wishes written down, memories preserved, trusted people named.

In other words: you decide what carries legal weight, Solexi makes sure the family knows where to look and who to call when the time comes.

  • Your role: advice, drafting, validity, execution, tax.
  • Solexi’s role: findability, practical inventory, digital continuity, family memory.
  • What Solexi will never do: draft a will, interpret a law, replace a power of attorney.

The problem clients describe to you afterwards

Heirs almost never get stuck on the will itself. They get stuck on everything else: a locked cloud account holding all the photos, a subscription still charging, an insurance policy nobody knew about, a phone with a lost passcode, funeral wishes never written down.

None of it belongs to the legal file, yet it is what stretches timelines, multiplies phone calls and fuels family disagreements.

How a professional can use Solexi

Most often as homework handed to the client after the meeting: "your will is done; now gather the rest". Three free resources, usable without an account, support that conversation.

  • The digital estate checklist, to frame the inventory.
  • The readiness score, which shows a client where they actually stand in five minutes.
  • The platform legacy policy table, for questions about Google, Apple, Facebook, Instagram and Microsoft.

Privacy and access control

The data belongs to the family. Every item is shared deliberately, person by person, with distinct roles and an access log. A professional has no implicit access: if a client wants to share a document, they share it explicitly, and can revoke that sharing.

Working with us

There is currently no formal partner programme, no referral commission and no Solexi certification. We would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise. Professional feedback does, however, directly shape what we build: write to daniel@solexi.ai.

Frequently asked questions

Does Solexi replace a notary or a lawyer?

No, and that is not the goal. Solexi produces no legal instrument and gives no legal advice. It organises the practical information around the file you, the professional, handle.

Is there a partner programme or a commission?

Not today. There is no paid referral programme and no certification. Professional conversations happen directly at daniel@solexi.ai.

Can I access my client’s Solexi account?

Only if your client explicitly grants you access to specific items. There is no implicit professional access, and any sharing can be revoked.

What can I hand a client right now?

The digital estate checklist and the readiness score: both are free, need no account, and leave the client with a concrete list of actions.

Solexi does not replace a legal will, a notary or a lawyer. Solexi helps you gather, organize and pass on your information.
