A clear boundary
Solexi issues no legal instrument, advises nobody on applicable law and produces no enforceable document. It is a family organisation tool: documents gathered, accounts inventoried, wishes written down, memories preserved, trusted people named.
In other words: you decide what carries legal weight, Solexi makes sure the family knows where to look and who to call when the time comes.

Privacy and access control
The data belongs to the family. Every item is shared deliberately, person by person, with distinct roles and an access log. A professional has no implicit access: if a client wants to share a document, they share it explicitly, and can revoke that sharing.

Can I access my client’s Solexi account?
Only if your client explicitly grants you access to specific items. There is no implicit professional access, and any sharing can be revoked.
