What a family digital vault is

Most families keep important paperwork in four places at once: a drawer, an inbox, a phone, and an online service nobody has opened in years. On the day something is needed, it still exists — but nobody knows where.

A family vault solves that plainly: one place, one stable filing logic, clearly named trusted people, and written instructions sitting next to the documents they refer to.

You invite the people in your family circle and choose, for each of them, what they can see. Access can be changed or revoked at any moment.

Trusted access grants the ability to consult information. It transfers no ownership, replaces neither a will nor a power of attorney, and confers no power of representation.

Privacy, export and stated limits

Your content stays private: nothing is published, nothing is shared automatically, and nobody outside the members you invite can reach it. Traffic to the platform is encrypted in transit and files are stored encrypted at rest with our cloud host.

You can export your content. That criterion matters: a vault you cannot get your data out of makes your family dependent on a vendor surviving — ours included.

Can I get my content back if I leave Solexi?

Yes. Export is part of the platform: your documents and memories remain yours.

Should I store my passwords in it?

No. Credentials belong in a password manager built for that. The family vault records which accounts exist, where the credentials live, and what you want to happen to them.
